Quetzal

Quetzal is a signature coffee blend from our partners at Cafe Imports, composed of many small lots of coffee from small landholders in the Huehuetenango region of northern Guatemala. Individual coffees are chosen to contribute soft acidity, a balanced, medium body, and a rich caramel sweetness.

These blends help to maintain the direct trade relationships that allow for the creation of more unique, experimental microlots. They ensure that a fair price is paid to growers co-ops for good coffees, that allows all members to make a living wage, regardless of international commodity markets.
