Syracuse Blend

Developed by our founder over many iterations, Syracuse Blend is our first original coffee blend. 

It combines the fullness and acidity of our Costa Rica with the smooth, chocolatey edge of Brazil and a spike of earthiness from the Sumatra coffee, spanning a wide spectrum of flavors.

This combination creates a workhouse coffee that has something for many different coffee drinkers. This medium-bodied coffee can be pleasant and interesting on its own, but can also stand up to any desired additions like cream and sugar.

15% Brazil Carmo de Minas
12% Sumatra Harimau Tiger
